Hubtel increased its eCommerce presence in Ghana with the creation of a customer experience center in Kumasi.

Hubtel built its first customer experience center in Kumasi City Mall. It was due to Accra citizens’ quick embrace of eCommerce. Hubtel, which touched the hearts of thousands of ecstatic Accra consumers, is now bringing the ease of speedy store-to-door delivery to Kumasi.

The move aligns with the company’s long-term objective of aiding businesses in growing revenue and better engaging with evolving customer demands. It also comes on the heels of the re-launch of Hubtel’s revamped eCommerce platform in 2019, which seamlessly connects the purchasing experience for customers in-store and online with same-day delivery.

The Hubtel experience center would serve as the company’s Kumasi base of operations for its e-commerce activities.

This will also serve as a point of contact for Hubtel customers to receive hands-on experience with features as well as support from customer service representatives.

The launch of the center coincides with the introduction of the Hubtel smartphone app to Kumasi residents. Customers may use the app to find and purchase items from Kumasi retailers, and they will receive them within 90 minutes to a few hours.
